  signing a formal cooperation agreement with Sweden MEDIVIR AB to obtain the rights and interests of Xerclear in Chinese Mainland;

 signing a formal cooperation agreement with Sweden's Double Bond Pharmaceutical AB to obtain Temodex's rights and interests in Chinese Mainland;

 signing a supplementary agreement with Sweden's Double Bond Pharmaceutical AB to acquire the rights and interests of Temodex in Hong Kong and Macao;

2025.11： （Group）The group company’s registered name is changed. Which means MYBA——Make You Best Again & Make You Best Aging.. The group start the Strategy of Diversification, and take part in deeply  the global R&D’s innovation of new health products  and its sales in China.
